I've tried everything. I just reset everything connected to my modem. Changed wireless password so nothing could connect. It still gave me delay. There's no one here connected to my modem.
I live in southern Ontario. I'm not in a congested area. I'm using a Bell Fibre optics cable directly to my house. I'm not sharing connections with anyone. 1.5 gbps speed. I still show 12 ms in the game. It doesn't make sense. I don't get delay or lag in anything else. Just NHL

I had no delay or lag when those desync issues were happening at peak time.. 3pm ish... Explain that? Clearly not my connection. No one was playing and the servers were flying for me like it's supposed to. The next day when it was patched I was back to severe delay during the day again. I can't even play right now. It's so bad

The servers haven't been overloaded, but we're most definitely monitoring their status.
Does your router have a QoS (Quality of Service) setting? If so, is it enabled?
No, there's no option to turn it off or on. I'm using the bell home hub 3000. No router with it. It's all built in.
