I went to put all my best players into the trade pile on hockey ultimate team in NHL 14 and they are just gone. They're not in the trade pile or in my collection they just vanished. This is bull**bleep** I had marian gaborik and jeff carter and a few other players and now they're gone. I want this fixed.
- I won a LW Jordan Staal that had the Preds logo applied for 1500 at about 130 am.
I just assigned him from my won bids in the watched section and he is not in my collection.
I also lost the pucks as I only have 900 on my account.
This is really irritating.. Your REALLY lucky, my entire TEAM is gone for NO reason what so ever. And I haven't given my acc info to ANYONE. SEREOUSLY EA COME ON.
- I know, I had a 700k team value sent them to the trade pile for a rebuild and I have no team been missing for a month and contacted EA on numerous occasions it's super frustrating!
- I had the exact same thing happen. Did you ever get this resolved? Ea support has been terrible. I did notice I can see them in the iPhone companion app. So not all hope is lost. I just hope ea will come thru
- No contact. But on the bright side I only missed 1.5 k pucks and not a team, though I did buy Jordan Staal for 5.5k so I am out 4k.
This whole answer hq thing is probably just a front for ea not to pay for as much customer summary as they did in the past. - Same thing happen to me as Bladescorpion. I spend 10050 on Backstrom and when I tried to move him he was gone. Wtf? Of course I have lost my puck points too.
I have lost players in that I have won in auctions too. Seems to be an issue with the Iphone app syncing with the game

- I'm missing Drew Doughty, Mike Richards, Ryan Callahan (HUT live), and Nick Backstrom. Contacted EA over two weeks ago. I've yet to get so much as an update as to what is happening. The hilarious thing is, EA keeps saying "due to a high number of e-mails they are unable to respond. That means your products are terrible and everyone is having problems. Why you continue to develop and produce terrible games and pump them out to the public, instead of correcting the games you have already released is beyond me.
Hypothetical question: If EA was to have money or product stolen from them, you think they would be "okay" with waiting weeks on end to be ignored? Absolutely not. So why is it okay to do the same to your customers? - I lost my Crosby worth like 700000 and it took me forever to get the money and now I don't have him this sucks
I just lost about 100k worth of players that I had up for auction in my trade pile. I know for sure that I'm not crazy because when I logged on earlier I had 206,000 pucks with all of my trade players unsold and when I went back in to relist some of the players all but two were gone and my pucks didn't increase. I'm extremely pissed about this because I spend a lot of time building my team and buy packs here and there. Last year I had a heck of a time getting my Wayne Gretzky card in the Stanley Cup Edition because EA screwed up and was giving out redeemed codes. I'm sick and tired of their crap...we all pay for a product and a service and they do not deliver!!! I've never had such horrible service in my life. I don't see what good this stupid forum is either because we're all looking at each other with the same problem and no one from EA has responded!!!!!
I just bought Craig Anderson from the card shop in HUT but it disappeared immediately. What the heck is wrong with EA games. I am tired to all these bugs. Guess this game was the last 1 i bought...
EA Is F$%&ED If they know about this then how can they allow us to continue our day to day transactions knowing we may lose our pucks/ cards

Same here.
Just lost most of my Canadiens roster including PK Subban and Carey Price. That's about 300000 pucks right there.
Hopefully EA shows some class and fixes the problem ASAP.
