I have a little problem with the NHL14 HUT auction house. When I give a bid of a card and go to watch list to redeem my card later, it disappears even I've won the auction. So when I watch the card I've bid on when I'm at the watch list and the auction ends, the green mark appears that says I've won the auction but I can't redeem the card. Next when I press back and get back to the watch list, the card have disappeared and it looks like I had never won it. But my EA pucks are gone so I should have the card. So what is this problem?

I too was going after a Carlson Hut Live card for 59950, won him and went to retrieve him from the watch list and after clicking on the card it disappeared, along with my pucks.
I had also tried to sell an Edler card, but it did not sell. I went to get it back but it was no where to be found and I did not receive any pucks for it either. This seems to be a bit ridiculous!!!!
I am too afraid of losing the rest of my pucks to try to buy anything else.
