Hello,
I have a little problem with the NHL14 HUT auction house. When I give a bid of a card and go to watch list to redeem my card later, it disappears even I've won the auction. So when I watch the card I've bid on when I'm at the watch list and the auction ends, the green mark appears that says I've won the auction but I can't redeem the card. Next when I press back and get back to the watch list, the card have disappeared and it looks like I had never won it. But my EA pucks are gone so I should have the card. So what is this problem?

I lost 30k on a Tyler Myers... Same thin, no options in watch list, back out, come in, and its gone. Hope there will be a refund.
I have the same problem. I won Ryan Miller and Vanek in the auction, but the player card is not there. My 85.000 pucks were taken !!!
What can I do ?
