I have a little problem with the NHL14 HUT auction house. When I give a bid of a card and go to watch list to redeem my card later, it disappears even I've won the auction. So when I watch the card I've bid on when I'm at the watch list and the auction ends, the green mark appears that says I've won the auction but I can't redeem the card. Next when I press back and get back to the watch list, the card have disappeared and it looks like I had never won it. But my EA pucks are gone so I should have the card. So what is this problem?

EA better give free pucks to apologize to everyone who lost cards and pucks. Ridiculous, I'm losing good bids right now because not worth taking the risk of losing more pucks and not getting a damn card.
I agree completely! There are cards I want but am too afraid to bid cause who knows if you will win or just lose the pucks...
- Xbox gamertag is suitednate. I won a bid on a Lehtonen for 8,000 pucks. Wouldn't let me assign it on the watch list after time finished. Then I go back to main menu then come back and it is just GONE!!! Checked everywhere and my 8000 pucks are gone. EA fix this!!!! I want the card or the pucks back!! EA fix this!!!
