Hello,
I have a little problem with the NHL14 HUT auction house. When I give a bid of a card and go to watch list to redeem my card later, it disappears even I've won the auction. So when I watch the card I've bid on when I'm at the watch list and the auction ends, the green mark appears that says I've won the auction but I can't redeem the card. Next when I press back and get back to the watch list, the card have disappeared and it looks like I had never won it. But my EA pucks are gone so I should have the card. So what is this problem?

I too have had this problem but have only lost about 15k thus far. My heart goes out to those who lost upwards of 25k because that's just ridiculous. I'll say this right now for those of you that don't have this in your heads already. EA WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE PUCKS OR THE PLAYERS YOU HAVE LOST. I am no representative of EA but I can assure you of what I just stated simply because of how EA conducts business. I doubt they even have access to the previous auctions and even if they did, it would mean thousands of auctions to go through and grant pucks for.
