I have a little problem with the NHL14 HUT auction house. When I give a bid of a card and go to watch list to redeem my card later, it disappears even I've won the auction. So when I watch the card I've bid on when I'm at the watch list and the auction ends, the green mark appears that says I've won the auction but I can't redeem the card. Next when I press back and get back to the watch list, the card have disappeared and it looks like I had never won it. But my EA pucks are gone so I should have the card. So what is this problem?

so, voracek,hartnell,simmonds and coburn down the tube!! is this what your telling me EA? i don't want my pucks back either. i want my players in my collection! why haven't u shut this down to fix the problem anyway? Are u trying to see how many thousands of people u can get to not buy NHL15?
