I bid on a Malkin for 900000 pucks and watched it in my watch pile for the last minute. The auction expired and I received a green check mark indicating I received the card in my active column. I clicked on the card and nothing. I backed out to main screen of HUT and went back to watch pile. It's gone and I lost 900000 pucks! The card isn't in my collection, trade pile or watch list. The card vanished and so did my pucks. For the money spent this is starting to look like a scam!
TRY using the ioS companion app if yours works! And see if you can see your Malkin there.
And yes stop these "report to EA" I HAVE AND THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME! Like the long post above mine.
