Please tell me that ea sports is about to tell me there's nothing they can do for my guys in the trade pile on my app but in game there nowhere to b found. (PK Subban, Alex Piterangelo, TOTW Loui Erikson, and HFC Bergeron) EA needs to fix this crap ASAP. And should give like 20k to everyone who has been effected by this inconvenience
So I got a reply from EA which says they need picture evidence of the card I bought. The card is now gone, how am I supposed to give picture evidence? Where in the TOS does it say I needed to be videotaping my TV every time I play an EA game so I have "evidence" when their inept programming robs me?
I suggest everyone use the power of social media and get the word out there of what EA is doing, essentially robbing their customers of assets we have built from time and/or money if these issues aren't resolved soon. It's very easy these days to spread the word on popular forums and attach to popular tweets.
