If you actually care can you set up a system for those of us who have been effected by this to get our stuff back in a timely manner?
It's been 48 hours now since I have started communicating with someone from your Help team and they have thus far been absolutely worthless and have offered no resolve. Yet in your update you claim the card that is missing can be recovered, it should have been by now! I hate to be inpatient but when we dump time and money into a game mode like this and then our assets disappear I think answers would be nice, not waiting 24 hours for a response that is nothing but a run-around! You seem to have no problem making sure you offer another promo pack today to suck up profits on content purchases but yet us who have been robbed of our assets are getting no response!
