I lost about 26k pucks in total from this. I had about 5k and then when I signed in the next day it said I had 91. Went to trade pile and it said I had some stuff that sold and received no pucks. Last night I had about 10k pucks before going to bed. Just checked and it said I have 29 pucks plus received 0 pucks for players that it said sold in trade pile.
I agree with everyone saying this is robbing people. It's a store users can purchase stuff and suddenly you stuff gets stolen by the one who sells it.
Nothing from EA yet, it's time to start looking at a class action agaisnt EA. If they don't post anything up and don't start fixing their stuff I'll be looking into one. Easily done here in Canada and this has already happened before.
If they can take away my money that easy fine, I'll fight back for it though.
Just f****** got no EA Pucks bonus after completing two god damn teams. Spent hours doing the teams. Don't tell me I haven't played I played a few days back and I collected a team bonus on the 13.... get ready I'll be looking into this with the consumer's protection about a product that steals your money.

Totally agree with you. Only thing for me, the people gathered to go with the lawsuit in my case are in Canada. So it won't affect the United States, I don't know if people in the states have the kind of protection we have here in Canada. Like I said in another post, they are all ready for cases like this so we are building up all the information we can get from the point we lost our data/money from a broken product to getting stealed and thats goes up to the support level, where you only get generic responses without any actions.

Through their horrible programming they have literally stolen the same content they charge customers extra for. Then anyone who complains is directed to submit a ticket where they are ignored!
I am going on 2 years with the last ticket I submitted with no response, I doubt this one will be any different. 1 week now and nobody at EA can give back what they stole from me, yet they have managed to release two more money making promo packs in that time period!
