^ How many days after submitting your ticket did you get them back?
I posted a whole new topic when they said they were working on it and they gave me a link to contact them or wait 24 hours to get them back. I went on the next day androgen were in my trade pile

I've posted 4 different tickets and non of those have been resolved yet let alone that quickly!
