Just got done talking to an adviser again and received info that will help anyone in the same boat as myself...
If you are like me and have been getting different case numbers and have talked to advisers via chat live several times do yourself a favor and wait to hear from the "Specialized Team."
They will contact you via email...
Every time you contact EA again you are basically delaying your case from being fixed and getting thrown into the back of the line again.
What happens is your case keeps getting moved around because it's being updated...
For example if you have your problem escalated and then contact EA via phone or live chat and they type in your case number it gets removed from the "Specialized Team" in order to be updated and has to be sent back to them basically starting the process all over again.
I was just explained this by an adviser on live chat and if I would have known that over a week ago then maybe I would have some type of resolution as far as my case goes.
I don't know if that's just a bunch of BS to get us off their backs or if it's substantial so I'm not saying 100% that's why some of us are having the same issues but I figured I'd share this with anyone who is having similar problems getting their players/pucks backs.
