Has ANYONE had this issue resolved yet? It's been nearly a whole month and I have heard nothing back from EA since they told me it usually takes 5-7 business days to resolve... Seems like this should be a top priority problem to fix instead of putting up 750k holiday packs! Been a loyal EA consumer for over a decade and I'm in disbelief at the half-***ed effort to fix this problem.
