Hey, its funny and sad at the sametime... I read all the issues you got and I just wanna said then MY issue was still on, I'll already did all you list below, chat, call, text, photos, name it, I'll did it... It's been for 1 year now, yeah its a nhl 2013 issue... I help them with all I can do, that always finish by: we need to escalate your case... I always have something else to do... Call and waiting on the line, chat and waiting on the live, send proof and everything, and at some points, the people at the end can't not do anything and reply that he need to escalate to somebody else... That's must be lost in the escalator, cause no answer for more then a year... I wish I can be heard, but really, I dont know what to do...
