Community ManagerI believe those are different issues than what you're experiencing. If I'm understanding you right, those buttons no longer register when you hit them so nothing is happening. Is that correct? Also, have you tried deleting the game and reinstalling it?
Sounds like same problem. Will I loae all my progress if I reinstall?

Your buttons stop working. The other reports were about menus coming up instead of performing the actions those buttons are supposed to.
If you're playing an offline mode, it's possible your progress could be lost, but in most cases it should be downloaded from the cloud. I just can't guarantee it.

I see that, but they didn't go into detail too much. Others were saying it's bringing up the line change menu. Regardless, try this. On your console, go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data > NHL 22. Delete the saved data here. You may lose offline saves as well as your settings. In most cases, they are downloaded from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that.
That did nothing to fix the iasue.

No. I don't want to lose all of my progress.

Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas. If you change your mind, let me know. You won't lose progress in HUT or EASHL. You should be able to download your offline progress from the cloud, but I'm not going to guarantee that.
