Hybrid control buttons have stopped working

Community ManagerI see that, but they didn't go into detail too much. Others were saying it's bringing up the line change menu. Regardless, try this. On your console, go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data > NHL 22. Delete the saved data here. You may lose offline saves as well as your settings. In most cases, they are downloaded from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that.
That did nothing to fix the iasue.

Did you try deleting the game and reinstalling?
No. I don't want to lose all of my progress.

Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas. If you change your mind, let me know. You won't lose progress in HUT or EASHL. You should be able to download your offline progress from the cloud, but I'm not going to guarantee that.
