I Cant Access my boost slots or boosts themselves

My gamertag on xbox 360 is PuckinNutz . Since about October or so I lost several of my Hockey Shop boost slots and several point boosts . When I click on the slot or boost , it will not allow me to repurchase or redownload the unlock of that boost slot or attributes, all the options are basically grayed out. I paid for several of these and not to be able to get these back is very frustrating. My goalie build seems to be the hardest hit opposed to my skater. Whats going on here. My previous post today appears to have been removed, because ive threatened a possible class action suit. Please help me fix this before it comes to that point.
