I don’t get the players I’ve won on auction house bids

I don’t get the players from the auction even though I have the winning bid. It just gives my cash back but I’m still 100% sure that i had the winning bid and should have received the player instead. This has now happened many times.

    You need to refresh the screen to see if someone outbid you. Unfortunately, it doesn't automatically update when someone outbids you.

    It sounds like someone is outbidding you at the last second. That's why you would be getting the coins back.

    @EA_Aljo But when another player places higher bid shouldn’t the auction timer get some more time to place more bids. Because that doesn’t happen and the time on the auction just runs out. Also the icon indicating my status on my bid won’t change it just keeps saying that i’m winning the bid even when i’m reseting market back and forth.

    That seems odd to me.

    @ATTE200424 

    The clock should be going up 15 - 20 seconds, but you may not notice it without leaving the auction house and loading back in.
