Thanks for the answer, but I have chatted with them a few times. They told that it is obvious that you lose all the cards which have been assigned to a set even it's unfinished when the event ends (even if you don't lose cards from gold players to gold collectibles-set). But they understood that I am quite pissed off after losing those cards and told me to contact here. According to them this should be a way to contact studio members(?) or some who could maybe help more. Or at least tell me that they are sorry - there is no way to know that you lose those cards because there is no any warnings or mention in the hut instructions.
As far as I know, those items are returned to you when a set expires. I recently had it happen with that AHL team one that ended and got those items back. What you should do is contact @EAHelp through Twitter. They can get a case created and escalated to our specialists so they can investigate your account.

I tought that too, but I lost mine. And it has been a quite annoying that in the support chat they tells it's a part of the game that you lose all the cards if you have them in the set. And yet I remember that you have got your cards back before and I tested with that gold players to gold collectible-set.
But thanks for the answer I try to contact on twitter, but I hope that those are not the same guys that who are in the support chat, because I have done that road before.
