I lost my hut team and chel help

Can anyone help me ! I lost my dream team and I lost my chel stuff when I open hut they ask me to create a team as if I had never played and in Chel too 
it's been two weeks now and Ea support has not answered me for 1 week really bad service I can't even get my team back because Ea doesn't answer me I put a lot of extra money!!

    You need to give them enough time to investigate but at the same time, if you feel like too much time has come and gone, you can politely ask them for an update.

    I'm afraid there is nothing we can really do about this on AQH itself
