I had the exact same issue and it impacted my online record please fix this ea. I was tied 2-2 in the game and this happened.
I demand I get my record back to what it was or give me an auto win.
I was 73-15-4 prior to this game against [removed]. Please fix this, completely unacceptable you have issues like this in your game.
This has happened to me twice already after scoring a goal on the PS5
