I shot a goal and imidiatly after it came "You lost concetion to EA Server"

I played HUT Rivals today and i shot a goal 48sec. in the third period and imidiatly after it came "You lost conection to EA Server please check your Internetconection" !!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME EA ...

@EA_Aljo so I tried on 2 controllers and I'm connected to the cable and I'm still losing 70% of the puck and I'm losing because I can't pass yet God, I have to lose all the time because they lose the puck or I can't pass omg

    @EA_Aljo I'm sorry I'm writing until now but it can't be filmed until now nothing is fixed, it's just that the players don't react the pass led nothing at all loss of the puck often don't catch up or I'll go check the puck it happens that I get kicked from the server again so far no compensation nothing the game is still at freezing and the game did not cost much and simply your parties nothing but you will solve it

    Unfortunately, without seeing video of what is happening, there's nothing we can do. As far as disconnecting goes, an advisor will take you through some troubleshooting steps. You can try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support.

    If you are freezing and disconnecting after a goal is scored, that is being investigated.

    Don't be angry, but I don't know how to fix something you went wrong, now I'm going to play and it kicks in again like it's normal nothing works for you in the game and I don't get anything for it but I want chem compensation because it's your problem that lasts long time

    This isn't something we have compensation for. There's no video of the problem and I rarely see a report of this. If this were a widespread issue, we'd be hearing about it a lot more and it would be investigated.

    I thought you were talking about the issue with not being able to pick up the puck. That is what I would need video of. If you want to go through some troubleshooting to try to resolve the issue with disconnecting, let me know.

    @EA_Aljo it doesn't bother me so much but I'm pretty nervous that I can't play the game because I'm still kicked from the server as a matter of fact it's normal
