Can you provide some video of what is happening?

Unfortunately, without seeing video of what is happening, there's nothing we can do. As far as disconnecting goes, an advisor will take you through some troubleshooting steps. You can try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support.
If you are freezing and disconnecting after a goal is scored, that is being investigated.

Don't be angry, but I don't know how to fix something you went wrong, now I'm going to play and it kicks in again like it's normal nothing works for you in the game and I don't get anything for it but I want chem compensation because it's your problem that lasts long time - EA_Aljo4 years ago

This isn't something we have compensation for. There's no video of the problem and I rarely see a report of this. If this were a widespread issue, we'd be hearing about it a lot more and it would be investigated.

I thought you were talking about the issue with not being able to pick up the puck. That is what I would need video of. If you want to go through some troubleshooting to try to resolve the issue with disconnecting, let me know.
