I was asked to post here by Customer Service

I opened my ticket with CS and they asked that I post here as well. I started the thread in the link yesterday, Dec 18, 2019.

"Over the weekend I completed 2 of the 3 objectives and only got 500 not the 1,000 and this morning I completed the 3rd objective and didn't get my pack."

I waited 24 hours to open the ticket and will do as instructed and see what shakes out. Thanks.

    Hello, @Jeff_frm_Edmonds.,

    Can you contact @EAHelp via Twitter? They should be able to help with this. We can't actually access accounts through Answers HQ. They'll be able to investigate this for you. It would also be good to get a screenshot of the completed objectives for them. Thanks!

    Thanks, I'll do that when I get home. CS told me to give in another 24 hours but I have a tweeter and will do that when I can.
