Improvement for franchise mode

Hi EA,

I have a suggestion that would be so sick if you succeed to do it! 

When you play franchise mode on any of your sports games, what if you could take over the gm spot with the real win loss record the team has at the time you take over. 

Let's say you start to play a new franchise in Feb 2 and your favorite team has a record of 15-28 in real life you start with the same record and same date in the game. 

Because starting a franchise at this time of the year and having to replay the whole season isn't very realistic and fun. 

You already have updated rosters, you could add updated win loss record and the ability to take over the gm spot. 

Please make it happen for 2025 games.
