HUT isn’t played over a server, it’s a peer to peer connection. The games sync data to the server when matchmaking and at game end.
So, input lag is typically on the user end, but if you have friends saying the same thing, I’m not sure what the cause could be.

It's just not my connection because there's many posts about this issue. Many people have good connection like me but their gameplay is horribly delayed. EA really somehow ruins people connections and im pretty sure that NHL games have also some kind of servers but they are connected differently.
