    @lx3dEMONxl 

    One of your videos showed 3% packet loss. That would be why this is happening. Can you run that UO Trace for me?

@MaraSGc 

Has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Hi, so I tried your advice and it didn't help at all. I uploaded the last 2 matches I played on YouTube, and even though I had better players, both my opponent and I didn't catch up with him at all, I couldn't just turn him on the puck, and when I took him, I just took him back by accidental contact and in he just had the upper hand in all personal fights and this can't be played, you just can't win like that ..

    I watched those videos too, and unfortunately there is nothing to know about them .. but just all the moves and passes and shots are delayed the game in rivals just reacts late .. that's why I'm not able to win matches ..

    You're getting a lot of packet loss before you reach our servers. Where are you located? Also, are you playing on a wired or wireless connection?

    I'm from the Czech Republic, and I play via cable, and about a month ago I had the Internet redesigned to ADSL

    Can you try using the European IP that is in the test instructions? I'd like to see if you get the same results.

    That's a lot better and I'm not seeing any issues. What system are you playing on? Have you tried opening ports or using alternate DNS servers?

    I play on ps4, at the beginning of what I bought NHL there were no problems .. the problem appeared about a week ago, so the ports and DNS did not try here .. otherwise what I read on Facebook on different groups so the problem on PS4 with delay has a lot of players

    Can you try the alternate DNS servers I mentioned on the previous page? Also, you can try opening the ports for NHL. They are listed here.

    Hello, I've tried alternative DNS servers and also ports, but the result is still the same. It seems that the beginning of the game is going well, but after a while of playing the game is delayed again .. I tried to play 4 matches and the result in all the same ..
