Insufficient permissions

Product: NHL 21
Platform:PlayStation 5
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select Rivals online play in NHL Hut21
What happens when the bug occurs? When i load into a Rivals game it stops and I get a screen that says issufficient permissions. And have to restart the game
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to work.... shocking, I know
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Rivals
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10 am MTN time
What is your time zone?
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? dedwooded

Everytime I try to play a Rivals game it locks up on a screen that says insufficient permissions. I was playing fine the previous night. Fix your game EA

    Error code 

    WS-116145-8

    Says this error then 3 ps plus membership subscriptions pop up. I tried turning off my router/modem waiting 5 min then resetting. But the same error code when I try to join invites on ps5 to world of chel club 6s. 

    My ps plus expires in 06/2021 so it couldnt be that. It is annoying nonetheless I just want to play. I've had zero problems playing all day yesterday December 3rd. But since late last night to now at 2am the following morning I have had zero luck. 

    *Edit.*

    I can't play any online mode on EA servers for some reason saying I dont have ps plus on my ps5. Then I can easily play cod mw or mlb the show 20 online with no problem. So I'm confused on how to fix this.

    @EA_Barry I panicked 😭.

    Luckily I found the fix. I reconfigured my internet via settings>network and it worked. I can play online again. Odd. But worked

    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a game of Hut Rush (offline or online). The 1st game works fine, then you press "Next game" and 95% of the time the game throws me on "Buy PS+" and after that "Insufficient permissions" error comes up. I do have an active subscription of PS+! This is resolved by returning to the main menu.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The game thinks I do not have PS+ even though I do have an active subscription. The bug forces me to return to the main menu and load the mode again (massive waste of time on 30s Rush games...) Most of the time this is a Rush problem, but sometimes happens on Rivals as well.
    What do you expect to see? Fix the game (or the problem) causing this. Very frustrating to constantly load the modes again
