Interference and Tripping Penalties

Dear EA,

I wasnt sure if you were aware of this, but in real life hockey, (you know, the thing you are trying to simulate), if a puck carrier gets a pass or a shot off and then gets hit immediately after, thats NOT interference.  Also, if a defenseman dives to block a shot and someone skates and trips over the shot blocking defenseman, thats NOT tripping either.  Just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

  • I agree 100% not to mention when a player will skate into a down player on purpose. What happened to jumping a fallen player it had been in the game ever since the jump deke was created. Now nothing but penalties. Also why is it so easy to trip a on coming player, poke right past the puck and directly to the opposing players feet and whoop down he goes. I can barely check a player but I can take the same guy out with the slightest tap of the twig. Come on EA!

P.S. All this and I didn't even mention all the horrible computer operated player penalties. You can't protect the front of the net this year at all and every skater rated 45-97 can snipe the top corner anywhere on the ice anytime like Sidney Crosby. Nice.
