Invalid account message megathread
Hello everyone,
I'm creating a megathread for the invalid account issue many of you are having. The most common resolution for this is to reset your password by going to www.origin.com. If that doesn't help, and if you have access to the email on your account, please use one of the following methods to contact support:
- Open a case with an advisor here.

Send a DM to @EAHelp through Twitter.
- Go to facebook.com/eahelphub and send a private message

Have you tried resetting the password for your EA account? If so, and it's not working, make sure you're resetting the password for the right account. The one you're posting with hasn't played any of our games so if you're resetting that one, it's probably the wrong account. You'll need to find the email for the EA account you play on and reset that. If you don't know, try contacting a live support advisor here for assistance.
