Is the CHEL announcer Will Arnett?

I know he's a huge hockey fan, and I swear it sounds like Will Arnett... Anybody?

The commentators are James Cybulski and Ray Ferraro. I don't know the name of the Eliminator commentator, but it's not Will Arnett.

Hey, if you don't who the commentator is for CHEL (not the other two), what's your basis for saying it's not Will Arnett and accepting that as an answer for yourself?
