I reported this issue about a month ago and it is still no resolution of the problem. Am I doing something wrong that causes the numbers and fonts not being behind the teams. I've been playing for ever with Ea sports hockey game and this is the first time ever we have this issue. Since it worked in previous versions of NHL, It should be a very very simple issue to solve. Why not solve it? This is so disappointing and incomprehensible that you are ignoring this issue. I would like somebody from EA sports answer this question. I can't believe we are having an issue with this and I hope someone at EA sports or anyone could tell me why the numbers and names, the fonts do not appear at all on created teams?. Thank you for anyone for EA sports in advance for answering a very simple issue.
I don't think you're doing anything wrong; it appears to be random.
The team is definitely aware of the issue -- They usually tend to release fewer, yet larger patches that try fix a bunch of things at once. There unfortunately needs to be a cutoff point before certification and I assume jersey issues were a part of that; now that thr desync issues are under relative control, I'm hoping they can go full steam ahead with the next patch

Maybe they can patch how horrible yellow-gold colors (sport gold) looks in this game as well. Man is it horrible. Kind of all colors though. Everything is washed out.
Ive noticed now that some of the crowd wears the correct colors and some look like they escaped from an insane asylum, wearing all white, some players have colored tape on their sticks while others are the white (including some of the players i edited to have colored tape). this is insane, instead of doing a quick hot fix ( like most other companies when faced with glaring bugs) they choose not to, i havent even read anywhere they are working to fix it unless you take into consideration the normal water down remarks of "the team is aware of it" , lets be 100 pct honest just add to it and say "and the team doesnt give 2 monkeys nuts about it either " . i get they dont make money from people that buy the game to just play be a pro or franchise (except for the crazy initial purchase price), but to treat part of their fan base with utter disdain is insane to me, EA has gotten to big for its britches. maybe (and i know its doesnt amount to much) people unhappy with how they are being treated, and how broken the 2 modes are should contact the NHL itself and express to them that they would like to see them not allow EA to continue the franchise... its a long shot but hey smaller things have brought about change
I have been purchasing the EA NHL Series since NHL 92 on Sega Genesis. I have never in my life been so disappointed with a video game and made to feel like my money doesn't matter. I literally do not play any other video game. I tend to spend most of my time in franchise mode as I just love to customize my own teams, so this is a huge red flag for me. I don't understand how something like this is not caught in testing when I caught it the very first game I played? I'm sure they will blame COVID-19 as that seems to be an excuse for anyone's ignorance these days.
EA you gladly took my money, but the product you have provided me is nowhere near my expectations or my standards. This will be the last game I purchase from you and as mentioned before, I have been loyal since NHL92.
