It's definitely most noticeable in instant replay when panning the camera in 360 it will stutter and be choppy along with the jerseys. So glad it wasn't just me that noticed this! Thought I was going crazy. Definite frame rate issues on PS5 and I only play offline game modes like BAP and FM using an older model 1080p TV.
