What does it matter what's plugged in? I have 2 guitars for guitar hero, a Forcefeedback wheel, a VR, external hardrive and Sony Gold headphones plugged into a dreamhub high-speed mulit USB extension. Everything was working fine. And now all of a sudden my offline season and even menus are all lagging. Tried every step, but my wifi shouldn't matter when I'm playing an offline season. I went from loving this game to losing my mind because of it. So what does it matter what's plugged in?

Community ManagerRemoving peripherals plugged into the USB ports resolves a different issue. Just to be sure, what game are you playing? Offline Seasons is also in FIFA. Regardless, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
