Can anyone help me with this?

I am tired of talking to game advisors who can only escalate issues...

I lost 3 players in December and it took up until last week to get them back!

Someone told me there was an email address for the recovery team but of course the advisors won't give you it...

On a weekly basis (EVERY TIME PACKS COME OUT) I buy something either buy now or by winning bids and I lose multiple items...

I'm loosing my patience with constantly having to file cases that takes months to be resolved so if someone knows of or even if there's a direct hut recovery email address I would appreciate it...
