Lost consumable items from collection when removed from a player

Product: NHL 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just apply a consumable item to a player and then remove it.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I apply a consumable item to a player and later remove it to apply it to a diffrent player, its no longer available and don't see it in my collection anymore. I have lost the "C" for captain, the Chicago and Ottawa goalie masks as well as the jesrsey number "7".
What do you expect to see? I expect to keep the consumables I paid a lot of coins for.

I paid 30K coins for the "C" and about 10K coins for g soalie mask. I can't believe I have to buy it again from the auction house every time I want to apply it to another player.

    Cosmetic cards have never been a re-apply card. IF you wanted to change the +2 attribute in nhl16 you had to use a new card and apply it to an other player. this is the same thing now with the customisation cards. This is why the C is 30k and not junk price at 400coins.
