Lost Evo Card in HUT

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By tracking my cards I guess ?
What happens when the bug occurs? I simply lost two card from the same set, randomly.
What do you expect to see? My two cards.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

So Im playing HUT and well it seems I lost my two Evo Card. There are no where to be found. I did reset the game , twice , then my ps4. Re-open the game, still not there. I've looked every set one by one, twice. Searched it with multiple way in my collection using filter, but there aren't anywhere to be found. Contacted EA live chat assistance, asked me to uninstall then re-install the game which I did overnight. Today, after the download was done, I went to see if there were any change, yet the card are still missing. Contacted EA live chat again and they thold me that:

''I am afraid as we cannot manually add the card''. 

So she's basically saying that they really are lost somehow and they cannot add them back manually. Then she invited me to do a bug report and she gave me the link to do so. 

When asked if I was satisfied  I said : 

'' I would like to know the entire process of your research on my case to report it in the bug, so your work can be use in my bug report. After that I'll be truely satisfied. Thanks a lot for your concern.''

(I got all the convo saved)

And got rewarded with a : '' I really appreciate your kind understanding. Should you have any further questions, please contact us back. Thank you for contacting EA Help. Stay safe and take care!''

So that basically all I can say. But take a look at this please EA, I just want to get my card back !!

***I had Brendon Hagel and Anton Lundell (luck wasn't on my side) they both prolly won't make it to 99 but still, I paid for that so they still have value in my heart (lol) + now I can't buy any of the prospect pack because I got both of them in Evo pack Week 1 and Week 2 ! 

Note in the photo, the AKA is the abreviation of OG AKATSUKI, my HUT team name.
