Lost my EASHL Legend 1 rank

So I haven't played NHL 14 for about 3 months now. When I last played i was Legend 1 in the EASHL. I also bought boosts and paid to unlock boost slots. I return last night to my surprise that my player is now back at Rookie Card status and all the boosts were taken off my guy, the slots i unlocked with REAL MONEY were locked up and I had unlock vouchers to unlock the boost slots and boosts. WTF happened!? Was there a wipe or glitch or something? I am very outraged about this.. I have alot of hours put into my guy... and now POOF! GONE! It says I only have 20 games played. I had more then that played on the early release! Anyone know what could have heppened? Or if this can be fixed? Thanks... HELP ME EA!

On top of that, my buddy who works alot had less games then me played. He has 182 games played.. I know for a FACT I had alot more then him.
