Are you sure you're logged into the correct Gen version of the game? Players that contacted us before didn't realize they were loading up the Gen 4 version of the game when they were actually playing on Gen 5, or vise-versa. Check your games library to make sure you're on the right version of the game.
I logged in with the ps5 version but it is not a problem that I did not get the right to participate in the tournament but that my entire Hut team has disappeared from my user.
The game is in the state as if I had just bought it even though I have played about 500 matches of Hut games.- EA_Blueberry
