Maintaining Concession Fan Happiness

I can take this no more....so I'm throwing it out to the forum...is the owners goal I want us to average at least 85% Concession Fan Happiness actually achievable? The first few seasons I got this mandate, I made sure that the Concession Fan Happiness in the franchise overview stayed at 100% all season long. Failed goal. The next time, I kept Concession Fan Happiness and Team Store Fan Happiness at 100% all season. Failed goal. I looked around forums online, and got advice such as repairing the concession stand right before the playoffs or right before the due date. Last season, I got the goal again and said Let's try something new. I upgraded the Concession stands to max level, so the good folks could enjoy sushi and chicken and ribs and sparkling water. I constantly repaired the concession stands so they never fell below 85, neglecting everything else that needed fixing (Parking lot at a 1? Why not?). I lowered the prices to $5 below the recommended range. Fan Feedback was all positive, and the happiness indexes were all at happy or amazing all season long. I thought for sure I passed it this time. Failed goal. I'm just starting the new season, and it was again an owner's goal. I'm thinking that this goal is unachievable due to some glitch, but I would love for someone to help a brother out and tell me that it's possible to achieve. I'm playing NHL 20 on X Box. Thanks!
