Milestone Collectibles

I am just wondering how to use the Milestone Collectibles I have 2 Milestone collectible cards in Hut and have absolutely no idea how to use them to get something for them.  Do I apply it as a consumable to a player that has a milestone item available or is it another thing that I have to collect a bunch of them plus gold and carbon collectibles to get a random shot at a milestone player?

    ..... in Milestone set. For complite Milestone set you need have 4 collectibles. Milestone set aveliable only 24 hours - from monday to tuesday
