Hi, at HUT, i completed challenge “NHL 2030” for Jack Hughes 75 OVR card and i got it, but i searching card now and i can’t find it in my collection. I want complete set for Jack Hughes 92 OVR in “NHL 2030” event but i can’t without card 75 OVR, can you give me that card back please? I have gold collectibles items but i need Jack Hughes 75 OVR

@pepo159633 There's a set where you trade in 10 gold players for those 75 overall players that are used in the upgrade sets.

I don't believe they can just give you the card - Try tweaking the search parameters again to make thrm as broad as possible; I'm sure it'll show up in your collection.
Is it possible you accidentally quick sold the card?

@EA_Blueberry I’m not using Twitter and can’t get on live chat. When i click at link at live support and create case of problem i can only choose email option as

@EA_Blueberry I accidetly trade that card for gold collectible. Is possible refund that trade or something ?

@pepo159633 We are not able to reverse transactions. :\

You could always reach out to our Support team to see if they can make an exception, but in the mass majority of cases it's likely to be denied.
