Same here. I've been on the phone with both EA and Sony and both keep blaming the other. Waste of like 5 hours of my day. This needs to be corrected.

      @EA_Barry This did not work. I still do not have the cover athlete choice pack in my unopened packs or my inbox.

        I also do not have my cover athlete pack. please fix this. spoke to chat they did not help me with this.

      @EA_Barry Still havent received after days that we told we would. Honestly I think all these players who paid for the ultimate should be compensated for the time and headache.

        @EA_Barry has gone Missing like our cover athlete pack. Once Friday came and went and we did not get our items.... EA chat has not helped further, Sony said they have gotten many inquiries about it and EA is aware.... and I still have paid for a item not provided to me as a consumer.... it’s awful
