Missing EA Cover Athlete Choice Pack. HUT Ultimate Edition Pre-order

I was not impacted by Sony cancelling some pre orders. I and many others have an issue where in July we pre ordered the ultimate edition using the in game advertisement banner in NHL 19. I had no issues other than am missing my EA cover athlete 85 rated player choice pack (1 of 3). Many have commented on my social media and on EA help with this issue and chat is offering no help. This is an EA issue and not Sony. 

We need the content tent we paid for and quick. An 85 player is only of use when the game is early as upgrade cards come out in ultimate team often. This was meant to pay extra and get these perks which give you an early boost. Instead I’m paying for it and not getting the card and play others who have it .

This is a reputational risk for the company and needs to be made right quick.

    @EA_Barry This did not work. I still do not have the cover athlete choice pack in my unopened packs or my inbox.

    I also do not have my cover athlete pack. please fix this. spoke to chat they did not help me with this.

    @EA_Barry Did not get mine still as others have not. This is a joke honestly at this point. No desire to pre order with EA ever again after loyally doing it for years.

    Exact same issue. PSN and EA chat support keep pointing the finger at each other. 

    EA says it’s PSN as it was purchased from their store - makes ZERO sense seeing as how its a preorder bonus. Ea issues the pack the same as we had to wait for the rest of the packs on full realest date) 

    PSN states all digital content is the PUBLISHERS job to issue. Talking to you EA....where are the cover athlete packs ? 

    For those that used in game banner in NHL 19 to purchase their loophole is saying it needed to be purchased by July 18 11:59pm

    GIVE US THE PACKS WE PAID FOR EA!
