Missing NHL 14 HUT player/pucks

Hey there,

    I was waiting for the trade pile fix, and today all my old players that were up for sale returned. That was nice.! But I'm still missing a few players I won in bids from the past 2 days. Ryan Kesler - 17000, Nathan Horton -3000, Travis Zajac - 3500 to name a few, and a couple others I can't fully remember because there were  simultaneous bids happening. I am missing about 25000 pucks and no players were/are available in my watch list. Just wondering if this will also be fixed in the near future, and if not, can I be compensated the lost pucks??

    Contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check ,only they can go into your account to check what went wrong.

     


    1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

    2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

    3. Click Find Solutions

    4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

    5. Click: Find Solutions

    6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    For customers in North America:

    • Select "Call me."
    • Enter your phone number.
    • Select "Submit."

    • Contact us using the telephone number provided within the listed opening hours
