Mute Voice Chat
Is there anyway I can mute the people talking in this game besides putting the mute on my TV on?
I play drop in Online Team Play the most and I know when your in the middle before the game starts you can mute players but that is useless. By the time you mute everyone, the position you want is gone.
Having voice chat is the single worst thing in this game and this is why I do not have a microphone. Very few people have anything worth listening to and I commend those or you who have acted with respect.
There are a large amount of annoying people, some of whom (during the game) talk non stop, talk to the wife, girlfriend, children or pets. Lots of people complain about other players and then they get mad and sabotage the game. I can see complaining about a person who starts the game and purposely sabotages the game (troll) but many people complain about a player who you can see is trying to play the game.

Thank you to all of you who keep trying to do your best, no matter what rude comments are being said, you are the better player for doing so. To those of you who continue to talk trash, It does not matter how good you are (or think you are), you make yourself the worst player on the team.

Also sometimes there are people speaking foreign languages which I can't understand anyway (this is not their fault) but I would prefer not to listen to people having a conversation which I can't understand anyway.
Can you possibly put an option in the main sound menu to have a control for the voice chat?

I have now started to mute the TV some of the time as these people have diminished the experience.
I hope you can apply this small fix to a major problem. I congratulate you on your well programmed game and it still remains the only game I play on the PS3.
