MW2 Stuck on loading screen can get past x

Question

I am unable to go pass the loading screen on MW2 , it just says to press x but I’m also unable to do that . I have installed it and erased it a bunch of times, have reset it and nothing. If anyone can please help me out it would be highly appreciated.
