My Player Sold for 90% Less than I wanted
I picked up a discounted copy of NHL 17 Digital Deluxe edition And... I continued to use my NHL Points on packs and yippee I found a totw Malkin rated 99 which I decided to auction for improvements. I listed him at 849450 starting bid or 849500 Buy it Now which I hoped would sell easily.
When I checked the status of the item it said I had an trade offer which I ignored, 10 minutes pass and I notice I haven't sold the item so I check the trade offer "841000 plus one 13 game gold contract" it sounded low so I left it untouched.
Time goes on and I think has my item sold? It has 5 minutes left.
I check and nothing had changed so I decide I will check the values of all the other totw 99 Malkin items to see if I should accept the trade offer and that it is high enough. I decided I thought the offer was higher than the nearest competitor so I really wanted to accept it and rushed back to trade offers.
There were now two offers - one (a new offer) was pointless and probably amounted to 18000 coins and I rejected it, then I moved to next offer and was still 841000 coins so I started to accept, in hindsight as I had pressed accept I wasn't sure if the offer altered to 84100 But I continued anyway and confirmed the trade - then I rushed to see how many coins I would have But only had received the lower amount?!?
This makes the game really difficult to play for me now and I am really saddened.
I have contacted ea help but they tell me they cannot exactly assist me. I am hoping for a reimbursement, please can you help.

If you accepted the trade at 84100 then there is not a lot we can do except to ask you to make sure of the values you are trading at.
