Network connection issue unable to connect to ea servers at this time

Everytime I load into NHL 24 this message pops up on my screen and I don’t know how to fix it I reset the game and it still pops up. Sometimes after resetting the game 10+ it’ll let me play online. I reset my ps5, I restored the data base, I cleared the cache, I unlinked and linked EA to my ps5 and still nothing I even deleted and redownloaded the game and it still happened! I need help please.

    Thanks for reaching out about this. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? If wireless, can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

    Also, when this happens, are you completely exiting out of NHL 24 and restarting it and still getting this error?
